ABOUT THE APARTMENTS
The apartments will be made of top-quality materials in accordance with the latest trends. The interiors will be decorated in a modern style using natural materials such as stone, wood and numerous glazed areas, including elements of the Giant Mountains style. They will be designed by the prestigious architectural studio of Julia Kuśmierz, which received a gold statuette in the international call for tenders at the 2019 MUSE Design Awards in New York. Each apartment will be equipped with a complete kitchenette, a stylish bathroom and a spacious balcony. The facility will also include a bicycle storage room and a ski room. Most apartments have a picturesque view of the forests and the Jizera Mountains.

Apartment owner’s stay in the Second Home system – The apartment owner has the opportunity to book a stay on any available and convenient date, without any restrictions, which distinguishes it from the classic CONDO system, in which mostly the date of stay is imposed by the Operator (almost always in low season, with unattractive weather).
FIXED RATE OF RETURN
Rent of 8% per annum on the net price of the premises, paid quarterly, indexed annually by the inflation rate provided by the CSO.
Contract signed for 5 years with the possibility of renewal for another 5 + 5 (possible contract for 10 years).
In the fixed rate of return model, the ownership stay is: 10 days / 9 nights per year, excluding special offer dates
