About the Apartments

Biały Kamień Apartments is another development of the prestigious hotel complex. They will be built 50 meters from the existing since 2008. Hotel & Medi-SPA Biały Kamień Hotel.

Biały Kamień Apartments are located next to the forest with a beautiful view of the Jizera Mountains, and the provisions of the Local Land Use Plan stipulate that there is no possibility of development within 100 m from the apartment building.

An intimate five-story building, only 51 apartments with ‘turnkey’ finishing. Each apartment comes with one parking space (mandatory purchase).

The apartments will be sold as commercial premises (23% VAT), and owners under a 10-year management contract (renewable for another 5 years) will be able to make a real profit from their apartment.

They will be managed by the staff of the award-winning Biały Kamień Hotel, which means the highest quality service for potential investors.

The apartment building was designed by architect Jacek Strzelecki in accordance with the latest trends while retaining elements of the Giant Mountains style. The interiors will be decorated in a modern style with the use of natural materials such as stone, wood and numerous glazing, made of the highest quality materials. They will be designed by the prestigious architectural studio of Julia Kuśmierz, which received a gold statuette in the international call for tenders at the 2019 MUSE Design Awards in New York.

Each apartment will be equipped with a complete kitchenette, a stylish bathroom and a spacious balcony.

The facility will also include a bicycle storage room and a ski room. Most apartments have a picturesque view of the forests and the Jizera Mountains.
